1976 Hubert Humphrey Facsimile Signed Letter US Senate Minnesota No Envelope

1976 Letter from Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey.  Typed letter is dated March 25, 1976 & is a thank you for
encouragement to seek a Presidency.
The signed letter
measures approx 8" x 10 1/2" & appears to have a facsimile signature.  Please note, I am not an expert as this came from a relative's estate.
The letter is on United States Senate Washington DC stationary.  Letter is in fair condition & has discoloration & mildew stains throughout the letter.  Corners are
still sharp however.  Item has a tri-fold in order to fit in an envelope, but envelope is NOT included.
