    Description

    This petite Nippon bud vase was made in Sendai, Japan.
    It measures approximately 5 ½” in height, 3 ¼” in length and 2 ½” in width and features a classic urn shape with two squared handles.
    Set against a light brown matte background is a pretty hand painted floral design with beaded moriage and gold gilded trim.
    It features a bright white porcelain interior.
    The blue “Sendai Hand Painted Nippon” mark, located on the base, identifies that this vase was produced in Japan sometime between 1891 and 1921.
    Despite some manufacturing flaws/blemishes, a few minor scuffs/scratches, wear to the gold trim and dirt residue on the interior, this beautiful Nippon vase is in good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or any evidence of damage.
