    Return Policies :
    We accept all eligible return request until 30 days. All RMA units need to be delivered with its original box and accessories (including the UPC code label and seal), otherwise a re-stocking fee may apply. RMA units sent because of "Buyer cancellation, Do not need anymore" reasons, need to be delivered with the same condition, otherwise a restocking fee may apply. The customer needs to contact our customer service before purchase to confirm the item specifics (including SmartNet contract).

    Shipping information :
    We use UPS for the domestic shipments (excluding units that are below 1 pound/lbs.) and DHL for the international shipments. Please contact us if you want to use your own shipping account for international shipments.
