132-page 7" x 10 1/2" `1913 commemorative volume published by the US government printing office:Robert Love Taylor (Late a Senator from Tennessee): Memorial Addresses Delivered in the Senate and the House of Representatives, Sixty-Second Congress, Third Session.
Taylor (July 31, 1850 – March 31, 1912) had served in the US House, as Governor of Tennessee, and as US Senator.
Text pages are securely bound and clean through the text body. The pages are yellowed. Front matter is somewhat foxed, and the first blank has a small patch of what appears to be insect damage. There is a bit of separation showing at the spine between the frontispiece and the title page. Covers are substantially scarred and edge-worn (see photos).
