Needlepoint embroidery kit lot of 50 pieces thread patterns Cross Stitch guide

This is a lot of roughly give or take 50 pieces depending on what is considered a piece (I counted it mostly as the pattern = 1 piece) of needlepoint / cross stitch / hand embroidery kits and patterns. This includes about 15 or so setup with the needed thread colors.
Most have not been started but some have been started. Separated in zipper bags for the most part. Includes thread for most of the patterns, some guides in 3-ring binder, some tools / wood frames, etc. You will know more about what is here than me. If I've misstated anything please feel free to message me any corrections.
I honestly am not knowledgeable about this lot so please feel free to make a reasonable offer and I can get this shipped to you. It is heavy. I would not be interested in breaking this lot up, I just need to get it all gone!
I'd like to list all these out somehow but it would take me forever and I'm not certain of how to explain any of them most do have a title and I'll attempt to photograph it.
